SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The orders placed on the Store are digital products. Therefore, the products in the order are delivered immediately after purchase. Thus, there is no postal shipment or specific delivery time (unless otherwise specified).

 

If you wish to order a physical CD, please notify us by email and we will gladly ship you a physical copy. Physical shipments (CDs, merchandise) are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on the destination and courier service.​​

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive a defective product or one that is damaged in transit:

• Write to us at eric-sijpestijn@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.

• Include your order number and photos of the product's condition.

• We will offer you a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

REFUND OR RETURN POLICY

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all physical purchases and booking services made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased or booked service from us, you can get your money back, no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase and/or booking.

 

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.​

Due to the nature of digital products (music downloads), returns or refunds are not accepted after purchase, except in the case of a technical error that prevents access to the file.
